About the Role:
As a Lead Project Manager, you’ll split your time between guiding your team and driving projects forward. Around 25% of your role will involve mentoring and supporting your project management team—helping them with personal development, resolving escalations, and managing more complex clients. You’ll be the go-to person when tricky situations arise, using your experience to offer solutions and ensure smooth sailing.
The rest of your time will focus on leading your own IT development projects, just like the Project Manager role. You’ll be responsible for taking ownership of multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met, deliverables exceed expectations, and relationships with clients continue to grow.

What will you do on a daily basis:
- Lead several IT development projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and with the impact our clients expect;
- Support your team’s personal development—mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally and handle challenges;
- Manage escalations and complex client situations, finding solutions that maintain client trust and keep projects on track;
- Take ownership of project lifecycles: define goals, set clear milestones, assign tasks, and oversee all project phases while keeping everyone aligned;
- Ensure transparent communication—keep clients and stakeholders updated regularly, ensuring strong relationships and clear expectations;
- Monitor the quality of deliverables, performance, and continuously improve processes to stay ahead;
- Build long-term partnerships—work with both long-standing and new clients, leaving a lasting impression that turns one-off projects into continued collaborations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in IT Project Management (3+ years), handling both operational work and team leadership;
- Fluency in both Polish and English—you’ll need both languages to manage the team and communicate with clients seamlessly;
- Leadership skills—you enjoy mentoring, helping others grow, and supporting your team through challenges and escalations;
- Experience in managing complex client situations, ensuring resolutions that keep clients happy and projects on track;
- Pro-level communication skills—whether it’s with clients, stakeholders, or your team, you know how to get the message across clearly and effectively;
- A focus on precision and attentiveness in managing projects and coordinating teams, ensuring no detail slips through, no deadline is missed, and every project delivers results that matter;
- In-person cooperation in Wrocław and readiness to work in the office 4 days a week.
