In this role, you’re the one clients trust to get things done. You’ll take ownership of several IT development projects simultaneously, ensuring every detail is nailed, every deadline is met and every project leaves a lasting impression.
You’ll work with clients who’ve been with us for years, growing these relationships even stronger, and also meet new clients leaving a strong enough impression to cooperate long-term. We want to exceed clients’ expectations and be a partner they keep on choosing.

We’re looking for someone based in Wrocław, with several years of experience in managing IT projects, who can navigate both Polish and English fluently. What will you do on a daily basis:

• Handle several IT projects simultaneously, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, scope, and with the impact our clients expect;
• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT project management: set clear goals, define milestones, plan and assign tasks, monitor progress, keep everyone on track while overseeing all project phases;
• Keep clients and stakeholders in the loop with regular updates, ensuring transparent communication and strong relationships;
• Support your team, ensuring everyone’s got what they need to deliver top-notch results;
• Monitor the quality of dev work, performance, deliverables and continuously improve processes to make sure we’re always one step ahead.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of IT Project Management experience, managing multiple projects for external clients at once, juggling timelines and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks;
• Fluency in both Polish and business English—essential for smooth communication with both clients and internal teams;
• In-person cooperation in Wrocław or close proximity and readiness to work in the office 4 days a week;
• Pro-level communication skills—you know how to get the message across clearly and effectively, whether it’s with clients or your team;
• Reliability is second nature to you—when you’re in charge, things get done right;
• Independent decision-making—you don’t wait for answers, you make the call and own it;
• Strong organization skills with the ability to adapt and keep things moving in a fast-paced environment.

*Bonus points if you’ve been doing this for longer than 2 years and bring even more experience to the table.
