About you:

Most importantly: you have at least 3 years of experience as a Shopify Developer. We’re looking for someone who can both support new projects and also propose custom solutions, for which solid experience is a must. So if you’re not fulfilling this criteria – we won’t be moving forward with your application.

Other than that:

• experience with Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
• ability to translate a design (Figma, Adobe, etc.) into a fully responsive Shopify store
• comfortable use of Git and care about code quality
• prior work with external APIs and integrations
• ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues at different stages of development
• ability to analyze user needs and manage your time effectively
• fluency in Polish and English (both B2+)

*Bonus points for experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and knowledge of WordPress and PHP frameworks (Zend, Laravel, Symfony).

What you’ll do:

Join several cross-team projects. In each team you’ll be working on a specific innovative project for an exciting client. On a daily basis, that includes:

• designing and implementing Shopify stores with a focus on performance, accessibility, SEO, and security (within Shopify’s capabilities 😉)
• creating, modifying, and optimizing Shopify themes using Liquid, CSS, and JS
• translating graphic designs into responsive, fast, and polished online stores
• integrating Shopify with external systems (APIs, payment solutions)
• using frontend libraries and frameworks where it makes sense
• collaborating closely with Project Managers, Designers, and Developers
• staying up to date with Shopify trends and sharing knowledge with the team
