case study
Livespace
Marketing website modernization was only the beginning of our collaboration with Livespace – a professional CRM platform trusted by over 1 200 companies to structure their sales processes, manage customer relationships and drive predictable revenue growth.
We implemented a headless architecture supported by a dedicated load-balancing solution, ensuring a seamless top-level user experience. The website was fully modernized with zero downtime, eliminating any risk to users or the client’s brand reputation.

The Challenge
When Livespace approached Ambiscale, they were in the middle of planning a major modernization of their marketing website, without the option to disrupt ongoing operations or user traffic.
The existing setup made it difficult to evolve the design freely while maintaining performance and stability, especially with content spread across multiple sources such as the blog and legacy pages.
At the same time, the marketing team needed more independence – faster content creation, easier page building, and less reliance on developers. From a technical perspective, the infrastructure struggled with traffic distribution and recurring 5xx errors, which negatively affected brand perception.
For a SaaS product, the website is often the first touchpoint – and poor performance risks undermining trust in the CRM itself.
The challenge was therefore twofold: redesign and modernize the website architecture while ensuring uninterrupted service, high performance, and long-term scalability.

The Results
During the collaboration with Livespace, we successfully modernized its marketing website without users ever noticing that a transition was taking place. A dedicated load balancing solution now seamlessly distributes traffic between the blog, the legacy website, and the new headless WordPress frontend.
- stable & fully reliable site, despite pulling data from three different sources
- previous performance bottlenecks and server errors eliminated
- real autonomy gained and hours saved weekly by the Livespace marketing team – now using the latest Gutenberg editor to pick from a library of predefined blocks and modules, and inject them to facilitate marketing initiatives
- devs working independently, as the marketing team maintains full control over the management of content, including SEO structure
- the engineering team freed from constant firefighting, fully focused on developing the core SaaS application
- strong brand image and positive influence on how the CRM product is perceived
- a scalable, future-proof website that supports both marketing growth and product credibility
The Process
Web Development
The new website was built using a headless WordPress architecture, where WordPress serves purely as a CMS, while the presentation layer is powered by Next.js. This approach balances the stability and familiarity of WordPress with the speed and modern UX of a contemporary frontend stack.
- We designed a system in which the same frontend components are reused both in the Gutenberg editor and in the live application, significantly reducing development time and costs.
- Custom WordPress blocks allow administrators to freely compose sections and widgets while staying fully aligned with Livespace’s design system.
- Each block offers controlled stylistic customization, giving the content team flexibility without compromising brand consistency or performance.
DevOps
In parallel, our DevOps team designed and implemented a dedicated traffic management and load balancing solution tailored specifically to Livespace’s needs. The entire system was migrated to Ambiscale Cloud Datacenter, with optimized infrastructure and fully automated deployments across all components.
- Continuous monitoring, proactive performance optimization, and security oversight ensure stable operation under varying traffic conditions.
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes guarantees that the platform remains easy to scale and maintain as business needs evolve.
- Close cooperation between the WebDev and DevOps teams allowed us to treat the website as a single, cohesive product – not separate layers – resulting in a smooth, reliable user experience.
client`s review
The new website saves our content team hours every week – and gives us real independence. We can build new marketing assets from ready-made components without looping in a developer, which means faster execution and lower costs.
