Junior DevOps
Are you looking to grow into a DevOps role, dig into infrastructure, and learn through real projects, not just tutorials?
This is a good moment and a good place to start.
We’re looking for someone who will begin by supporting our internal infrastructure, and later join commercial projects as well.
Curiosity, independence, and a growth mindset – that’s what we value most.
You don’t need to be an expert.
As long as you’ve already spent at least 6 months working in IT (ideally in development) and want to move towards DevOps – we’re all ears.

We build complete web and e-commerce solutions – from tailor-made platforms and performance optimization to DevOps/FinOps services and long-term maintenance.
We work with brands like Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and Kubota.

We offer a wide range of services across various industries, which means you’ll have a real chance to explore different technologies and won’t get stuck in one tech stack.
What will you be doing?
- Developing and maintaining our internal infrastructure
- Automating processes and improving deployments
- Learning, testing, and finding solutions (on your own and with the team)
- Configuring servers and services with a focus on security
- Working with monitoring tools, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD practices
- Collaborating with developers (also in client-facing projects)
What do we expect from you?
- At least 6 months of IT experience (preferably in development)
- Strong Linux skills and confidence in the command line
- Solid knowledge of Docker and Git
- Basic understanding of the DevOps mindset and cybersecurity
- Basic programming skills (Python, Go, or Node)
- At least theoretical understanding of databases
- Analytical thinking and strong time management
- Fluency in English and Polish (min. B2)
- Proactiveness, engagement, and a willingness to grow
Bonus points for:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and GitOps
- Experience with GCP or AWS
- Networking fundamentals
