New Business Manager

About the role

You’ll work with both outbound and inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, leading early-stage conversations, and moving prospects through the decision process. You’ll collaborate closely with PMs and delivery teams to shape realistic directions before deals are handed over.

You help ensure that new business decisions support delivery quality and long-term cooperation, not short-term wins.

We work with clients across Poland, Europe, and the US, including Żabka, Biedronka, Brand24, and the University of California (Berkeley), as well as non-profit organizations.

Our projects are often complex and non-obvious. We act as a partner who understands our clients’ business, not just a vendor who executes tasks.

What you’ll be doing

  • running modern outbound prospecting (research-based, personalized),
  • building and developing your own sales pipeline,
  • qualifying inbound leads (assessing potential, needs, and readiness),
  • leading early-stage conversations with decision-makers (C-level, Heads, Managers),
  • understanding client context and identifying whether ambiscale can realistically help,
  • moving opportunities through the sales process from first contact to decision,
  • collaborating with Delivery teams to shape next steps,
  • representing ambiscale at meetings, events, and industry gatherings.

We’re looking for you if you

  • have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in tech, digital, software, or IT services,
  • have experience with both outbound prospecting and inbound leads,
  • know how to run modern prospecting (building a base, research, personalization with USP, social selling, tools, automations),
  • feel confident talking to decision-makers and navigating complex sales processes,
  • can quickly assess whether a lead is worth pursuing,
  • communicate fluently in Polish and English,
  • work independently and take ownership of your pipeline and results.
